DescriptionWant to expand your knowledge base? Want to participate in a live fire range under the supervision and instruction of the areas finest firearms instructors? Then this is the course for you!
This course is Four hours of instruction on the range. As a student, you will learn the fundamentals of marksmanship and tactics in a safe environment, with the highest instructor-to-student ratio in the area.
This course will greatly improve your abilities with your firearm, regardless of your skill level. You will receive the one-on-one attention necessary to provide you with the best instruction possible. With less than 1% of the firearm owning public nationwide receiving any formal training, you will be among the few who have taken that step to become proficient with your firearm.
The day is finished with a Trigger Control Training skills assessment. This is not a qualification, but a way for you to see where you are and realize where you want to be. Nothing gives us at Trigger Control Training a greater sense of accomplishment than watching the progress of our students. At the completion of this course, you will receive a Trigger Control Training course certificate.
Please download and complete the "Release of Liability, Firearms" form located at the top of the classes tab. You will be required to turn in the completed Release of Liability, Firearms form with you when you arrive for training.

The ability to carry while traveling! Trigger Controls Defensive Handgun Course will allow our students to obtain the highly sought Idaho Enhanced Concealed Weapons permit.
As student what am I required to bring with me?
1) A Positive SAFE mindset.
2) A modern semi automatic firearm. (See FAQ page)
3) A strong side hip holster designed for your own firearm.
4) 150-200 rounds of factory new ammunition.
5) Magazine or speed loader pouch to be worn on support side hip.
6) Three magazines or speed loaders.
7) Safety Glasses.
8) Tactical or 2 ply leather belt.
9) Electronic hearing protection.
10) Snacks, water, and dress for rain or shine.
11) Camp Chair.
13) Note pad and pen.
14) Completed "Release of Liability, Firearms" Form. You will find this form in the classes tab.
A few days of instruction with Trigger Control Training's dedicated instructors will earn you the ability to apply for your Idaho Enhanced Concealed Weapons Permit, as well as give you the recognition of being one of our hard earned Trigger Control Training Graduates.
